The Junior Consultant will start as an assistant to the project manager, analyzing customer data, answering to customer requests and taking responsibility for a project domain (environment or safety). The objective is to become an all-round specialist as soon as possible and to start managing his/her own customers/projects.

As a Junior Consultant, specific responsibilities may include:
* Assisting in analysis and documentation of as-is processes in HSE-Q
* Assisting in the development of to-be processes
* Building an environmental/safety monitoring system
* Assisting in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies
* Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.)

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for highly motivated young graduates, who meet the following criteria:
• Affinity with engineering environments or HSE-Q
• Passion to invest in a small but fast-growing company
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to meet client travel requirements
• Good level of English language (written and oral)

Every new employee will have an on-the job training to master the Promasys implementation and project management methodology and will have the opportunity to follow different trainings to develop technical and professional skills. He/she will be based in Rotterdam, good primary and secondary conditions.
