Based on ISO, EMAS or other standards we start with making an impact analysis, analysing the existing business process and what the gap is to be compliant with the desired certification. After this first analysis the gaps need to be filled. Together with the customer an organisation needs to be designed in which everybody knows what needs to be done and when. This is summarised in procedures and working instructions. The set of procedures together work towards the improvement of existing performance. After initial implementation the continuous process of checking, acting, planning and reacting needs to be followed closely by the responsible actors in the organisation.
Promasys developed a specific tool to support the people within your organisation to follow-up and monitor all results of inspections, audits and other checks. The Q-track module is an easy-to-use input tool to enter all the findings in your company.
